Our program uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to do, combining elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing, and more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way.

Log your workouts and track improvements through our smartphone app. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements, engage with other members, and get feedback from your coaches.
Our Beginners’ program is designed to ensure the safety and success of our new members. At Guerilla Fitness we know that every person’s fitness journey is different, and we’re here to help.
A comfortable chill out area, coffee dock and WiFi is available to all members and guests! Sit back and enjoy post-workout free time, or settle in after work before you hit your WOD (workout of the day).
Not a month goes by that we don’t run at least one fitness challenge, workshop or seminar on health, fitness and or performance as well as fun social events.
As a member of our gym, you’ll have access to exclusive free resources, including nutrition and training information, plus regularly updated video and blog content to help you get the best results from your workouts.
As well as being great physical training coaches, we love sharing nutrition advice with our clients. After all, you get out what you put in! Find out how eating well can make a huge difference to your results.
